Crazy people should not think crazy thoughts, it causes them confusion and suffering. Crazy thoughts should be thought by the most sane: Only they have the suppleness of mind to learn from such things and come back to tell what they have seen.
The same vision could cause you to become a prophet or a patient, depending on who you are.
